    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the International plan with Canada/US and Mexico but am unable to connect to my banks 1866 number for assistance.&amp;nbsp; I can make other calls to family in Canada.&amp;nbsp; I also am unable to check my voice call messages.&amp;nbsp; Anyone know how to fix this issue? @&lt;/P&gt;</description>
