      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a message from Public Mobile indicating that my account was on hold due to an unresolved payment issue, but when I logged into my account there were no error messages and my payment details all appeared correct. I am not sure what the problem is or how to address it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
