Simply enter the voucher number and pin by dialing 611 on your phone or 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone.

Vouchers can be purchased from:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

If you are opening a new account and activating a new SIM, it is easier to register a CC then contact a CS_Agent and have the CC information removed from your account then pay future bills with vouchers.

If it's a payment voucher you received from a referral, it will be available on your account to use within a week of you activating your Public Mobile account (for me it was about 4 days). If you go to the Payments section on the app or website after you log in, you'll see "Estimated Upcoming Payment" and a breakdown which will include the voucher.

If you're referring to a separate promotion, there's a promo code field in the section "Subscription & Add Ons".

Customers have the option to pay their plan costs using "payment vouchers" available at the retail level such as 7-11, Shell gas, Walmart and others. On-line vouchers from recharge.com or muskbird.com are great options to quickly pay for your plan renewal, but they have small user fees. Once you get your payment voucher, you log in to your PM acct using app > Payment > Add Funds With Voucher. You can also load the funds logiing in on a laptop in similar fashion. Just be aware that a few payment vouchers aren't "activated" until several hours after they're sold to you. Look through the PM Archive files to see which ones they are.
