      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I log in to my public mobile account it says Jan. 27, 2025:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;09:36 AM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Purchased 100 Minutes Canada-Wide Talk, 30-day plan&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;$15.00.&amp;nbsp;Available Funds:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;$0.00&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;02:14 AM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Automatic Top-Up.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;The 2 different times on the same date is concerning. There is only to be 1 charge per month . Provide explanations to me . Also, why did I receive a text on my cell phone that there is a hold on my public mobile account?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/521498"&gt;@Fican&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for the text, it was a hiccup with PM , the text was sent worng&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for the 2 lines transactions,&amp;nbsp;no worries, this is normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the Top up will happen first, and the money stay as available funds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then couple hours later, PM uses the money in Available fund to formally do the renewal. So, a renewal will have 2 transactions on Payment history.&amp;nbsp; This is like that for everyone that PM needs to charge from credit/debit card&lt;/P&gt;</description>
