      <title>Unable to complete US plan purchase</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am attempting to purchase a 2nd US plan after my first expired. Twice I have received a receipt, but the plan has not been activated. I am using money that has been paid into the account.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions or corrective action I can take?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
