$35 Canada US Mexico plan

It seems that Public is now not really offering plans that are lower than your current plan. I currently have 50GB $35 Can-US Plan and would like to get the Can-US-Mexico 50GB $35 Plan that seems to be out there. However in my account I only see the $45 75gb plan. The downgrade I see is the 20gb 4G plan for $30. Does anyone know if I downgrade to that plan, if Public will then make the $35 Can US Mexico plan available to me?

PM has started using targeted marketing and only provided selected plans to each subscribers based on their profile

if you see $30 plan, there is a chance you can first change to $30 to unlock the $35 Canada-US-Mexico plan (which you can then use Change on Renewal to schedule a plan change) . Many tried and confirm this trick works. if you can try to see if the trick works on you too

since you already have a $35 plan, there is a chance PM can just change to the new roaming plan that include Mexico. Why not cut a ticket and ask first?

PM has made to impossible to downgrade to a lower price plan. You can only get offers offered in your account.

If it is not listed in your account. The offers to new members so you need to port out and port back as a new member. Too much hassle to get a new SIM and open a new account.

As mentioned, the lower Can US Mexico plan is not listed as an option, however the Canada only 4G, 20gb plan is listed. So my thinking was to downgrade to that and then hopefully the $35 Can US Mexico plan would then be offered.

Ad it is the same value I would crete a trouble ticket and just ask for that plan.

Hi. I was on the Can-US $34 then the $35 Ca-US-Mex 50GB then switched to the Same with 25GB More in the original 50GB for 75GB for $35

I'm sure the PM Reps can solve this
