      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered my SIM card over a week ago...how do I cancel the order and get a refund so I can just go to a local store and pick one up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it is not uncommon to wait the sim card for 3 weeks.&amp;nbsp; But check with PM and maybe they can arrange you to buy another one from nearby stores and reimburse you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.&amp;nbsp; So, you will need to message them here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
