      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought 100 gig plan transferred my number. I thought he did xxxxxxxxxxxxx over to a new eSIM. I have one line already on another eSIM with a different plan and when I went to activate my xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I tried several times it kept failing and then it’s a contact customer support and that I couldn’t use that eSIM anymore so needless to say I still have not been able to use my hundred gig plan or my phone number that I was trying to transfer over or an eSIMMy other line works fine. Was my other plan I just need this one working. I have an iPhone 11&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
