    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new eSIM on a new device in order to use my existing phone number on the new device, but now I see it won’t activate. It is just hung in activating. is this because of the outage window? How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;possible due to System Maintenance.&amp;nbsp; Did you try reboot phone and make sure the eSIM is there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and you can ask PM.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if you can get the 2FA code to login and open Chatbot ticket, but&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;you can message them here&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
