    <description>&lt;P&gt;Soz you have Canada US plan or roaming add-on?&amp;nbsp; And your mobile data is turned on ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try manually to connect to all 3 networks, T-Mobile, AT&amp;amp;T and Verizon&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and make sure to change network mode to 4G for easier connection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Fellow PMobilers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can any let us know if there is coverage on the Big Island of Hawaii?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it says No when placing the zip code in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but we did have it although very spotty!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don’t want to pay and then have to beg for a refund :-). &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it seems spotty try manually connecting to one of the 3 partner companies: T-Mobile, AT&amp;amp;T or Verizon. You can also try changing to 4G/LTE if you are on 5G&lt;/P&gt;</description>
