it is a problem with the iPhone settings

you can start with Reset network settings, usually it will update itself

if not, then go to iMessage settings, remove te phone number, reboot phone and go back to the settings and manually enter the correct number back to re-register iMessage/Facetime

Hey @Carcuff Super easy. Go to Settings, General, scroll down to the bottom and click on Transfer or Reset iPhone, then Reset, then Reset Network Settings. Then reboot the phone.
