Hello, I changed my package on December 31st (35 Canadian dollars a month, 75G traffic, US, Canada and Mexico). At that time, it was displayed as Upcoming Subscription (Active Jan 24, 2025). But when I checked the package today, it was still the old package. Has anyone encountered similar problems? Can anyone help me?Thank you.

Hey @DannaLee

If you go into your app on the subscription page, put your finger at the top of the page and pull down. It will refresh the page. The click on Manage Subscription and the plan should be there.
