Did the account go without active service for more than 90 days?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes then you need a brand new sim card to activate with a new account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are unsure try calling 611 from your phone with your current sim card or 1 855 4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your 10 digit phone #. If they can't find your account it's deactivated. If you get your account info then pay and reactivate your account t.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have to either purchase a new SIM card or eSIM for your phone if it's compatible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, depending on when your subscription expired, you have 89 days to get the same account/plan/phone number if you want. You just need to log into your account and update your credit card. Or if there is a better plan out there than your other one and you don't care about your previous phone number, that would be a way to go. You need a new SIM card to start an account.
