    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm transferring number from Telus to public mobile. I created an account and payments are done. I'm now activating the sim card using mobile app and stuck at step 6 while transferring the number. It's displaying the error message "subscription not activated" .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
