    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &amp;nbsp;I’m unable to make a payment for my son in his account. When I click on make payment, it won’t allow me to! He’s hiking and has no service. Is there any way I can make payment when I call 611 from my phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. Call 1 855 4PUBLIC from your phone and enter your sons 10 digit phone #. Then you can pay by voucher or with the card on file if you know the 4 digit PIN #.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/425053"&gt;@Johnnyboy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can login to his account online and have the 2FA code sent to his email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once in his account, you can go to Payment tab&amp;gt;Add Funds with Credit Card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another option is to call 1-855-4PUBLIC and you will need his security PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, wait until he comes home and dial 611 on his phone and make a manual payment with CC, debit or voucher.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
