    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/520501"&gt;@WarrenDiljohn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I'm not quite sure what you mean, when you change your plan you are given two options, "change now" or "change on renewal". &amp;nbsp;If you chose change now you are charged immediately and your new plan kicks in immediately and anything left on your old plan is lost with no refund. &amp;nbsp;If you choose "change on renewal" then your existing plan continues until the renewal date and then your new plan kicks in and you are charged the new amount then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you mean bonus data add ons, no you don't lose those when you change plan. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/520501"&gt;@WarrenDiljohn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;all monthly data will be gone on new cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you make the plan change now, the old data will be lost now,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you make the plan change on renewal, the data will still be gone as usual on renewal data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you have paid data add on, it will expire as the usual 30 days it is supposed to be expired&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you have bonus data from previous Christmas give-a-way, they will still be there even after plan change as those are special non expiring data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
