If the call completes, you're good. Public Mobile is a pre-pay service so if haven't pre-paid, you don't get the service and you will NEVER get a bill for overages. If you don't have the LD minutes and the call still completes...you, again, won't be billed later on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
