Hi,

I have a S20, it should be compatible but on the app when I arrvied at the last step for activation, it says 'Phone is not esim compatible''

hi @hifromweed you with CS agent and confirm , but there is a chance they will ask you to change back to physical sim ,

Samsung s20 is in fact not esim cocompatible. I also have this phone.

Probably quicker to purchase a physical SIM card from Amazon for $4.99 it works just a good as the 9.99 one.

Or from a Telus store if they sell them. Then you can change the SIM number under your profile when you have it or ask agent to do it for you.
