      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just bought a new eSIM. I set it up to be called Public Mobile - but it shows as Roger's on the iPhone. Also messages don't work &amp;nbsp;can an agent just lease contact me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/520312"&gt;@Dawes&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might want to call Rogers to confirm that your account is closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is then porting was completed and reboot your phone by powering off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then port wasn’t completed then you need to contact a CS_Agent to get Rogers to send you a confirmation text that you are porting out to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
