Hi. Why could it be that I'm not receiving 5G Internet?

My phone is a Samsung FE20.

Where are you? 5G isn't deployed everywhere yet. For the most part your phone will connect to the network with the strongest signal. In most places that's still the 4G LTE network.

This seems to be a common issue with Samsung phones that are not showing 5G on their phones but 4G/LTE speed test will indicate 5G speeds ~200Mps

The version of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE that was sold in Canada by Canadian carriers or as unlocked by Samsung Canada's official distrubtors is incompatible with the using the 5G network on Public Mobile. While the hardware is compatible, the ability to connect to any 5G network while using a Public Mobile SIM card is blocked at the Samsung device software level.
