      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, just got a new SIM for phone, app indicates it's sending six digit code to phone but never arrives.&amp;nbsp; SIM1 says number is unknown.&amp;nbsp; Everything else indicates registration is OK, acct appears to be active.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

"Didn't get code?" Try clicking on that and have it sent to your email.
