      <title>Activation problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have created a PM account and downloaded the PM app. When I login on my phone I am asked whether I want to continue in the app. When I choose yes I am directed back to the login page. What's going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;was that email ever used before?&amp;nbsp; maybe you used that before and you left PM?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if the email address was never used on any active line now, then you can continue if possible.&amp;nbsp; if you cannot continue, you can uninstall the app and reinstall and use another email address to create another new account and use that instead&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The email has not been used before. I have set up the account online, but when I go to the PM app on my phone to complete the activation I get sent back to the login page each time I try to go to the app to continue the activation process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
