      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to upgrade my Son's phone (iPhone 10) and the public mobile sim card is listed as off after inserting it into the new phone (iPhone 12).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried re-inserting and restarting several times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone number shows up correctly on the iPhone 12 as the primary SIM, but it is listed as "off."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any guidance would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ryan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
