      <title>Refund for Add on that did not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp; my monthly CAN/USA/MEX subscription ran out of data and so I used the link in the account page to add additional data as an add on.&amp;nbsp; I'm currently in Mexico and the only options were to add CAN or USA data plans.&amp;nbsp; I took a gamble and added a USA data plan as I was on a AT&amp;amp;T network here in Mexico.&amp;nbsp; It didn't work though so I'm hoping I can get a refund for the USA data I won't be needing at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
