@Hbarbarah Do data and texts work, just not voice calls? Or does nothing work? If it's just voice calls another option could be lack of VoLTE. What phone do you have? Is it set to 5G or 4G/LTE.

The Canada-USA-Mexico plans work in all three countries and you can call within and between them. The main requirement for the USA is a VoLTE phone, I'm not sure how much 3G service there is in Mexico for non-VoLTE phones.
