      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new to public. Just signed up for Canada Mexico US plan and when I reach US it shows me only Canada. And I don’t see the deal for $29 anymore what do I do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/517672"&gt;@Blossom333&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;For data, do you have data roaming turned on? &amp;nbsp;For voice calls, what phone do you &amp;nbsp;have, they don't all work in the USA. &amp;nbsp;Make sure the phone is set to 4G/LTE, and it should connect to AT&amp;amp;T, T-Mobile or Verizon if you do have the plan. You can try contacting customer service but they can take a while to respond, or you can go to "change subscription" and change to the US-Canada-Mexico plan and select "change now" which will lose you the cost of your current plan but depends if you want to wait for customer service or not. &amp;nbsp;But if you don't see that plan any longer &amp;nbsp;in your account then you will need customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
