      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canada us 30 subscription. but when i tried to make a call it, i get a voice message indicating i have reached my minutes limit, even through i have unlimited talk and text.&amp;nbsp; any insight?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/519456"&gt;@Farzi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Try turning airplane mode on, wait a minute, turn it off again and try making a call. &amp;nbsp;If that doesn't work reset network settings (not factory reset as that will wipe everything). &amp;nbsp;If it still doesn't work contact customer service at the chat icon bottom right of this page and submit a service ticket. &amp;nbsp;Edit you could also try restarting the phone. &amp;nbsp;Also check for outages here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A title="https://www.telus.com/en/outages" href="https://www.telus.com/en/outages" target="_self"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/outages&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; (I added that link to the wrong post before)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The phone is probably cold 🥶.&amp;nbsp; Try the suggestions and wait a few minutes and try again after 10 minutes. Sometimes it's just&amp;nbsp; temporary glitch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the suggestions. I did try all of the above and for good measure, i also restarted the phone. It did not work. I have submitted a ticket to customer support. Hopefully they can sort it out. Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
