    <description>&lt;P&gt;I solved the problem on my A50 Samsung that is LTE.&amp;nbsp; The phone automatically selected AT&amp;amp;T.&amp;nbsp; It took forever, but after I manually selected T Mobile, it was possible to use my cell phone again.&amp;nbsp; Very weird.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's not a device that can be used for VoLTE at Public Mobile, it's not going to work well (if it at all) for phone calls in the US.&amp;nbsp; There are no 3G/HSPA networks remaining that Public Mobile customers can use in the US.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/494209"&gt;@stuartmcconkey&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;after I manually selected T Mobile, it was possible to use my cell phone again&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's possible you were able to connect to T-Mobile's 2G network, which is being dismantled but still remains in some areas. &amp;nbsp;The A50 is not on PM's "certofoed" VoLTE list here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" target="_self"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you would likely have voice call issues (but not problems with data or texting) in the USA. &amp;nbsp;While back in Canada you can do a test. &amp;nbsp;Turn off wifi, turn on cellular data, make a phone call. &amp;nbsp;If the phone stays on LTE when you make a phone call then it indicates VoLTE, if it drops to 3G (or sometimes 4G) then it likely won't work well in the USA except where T-Mobile's 2G still exists. &amp;nbsp;A phone can be LTE capable but not necessarily VoLTE capable/approved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
