    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've done all of this, multiple browsers on desktop, cleared cache. Tried it from my phone. Nothing working. Cannot get into My Account page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I log in successfully but when I click on the My Account page it just diverts to the Public Mobile home page. I can't reach the my account page. I've clicked on links in the help articles too and it just goes to the home page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Tty to clean the cache if it's on the computer browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Try to navigate to PM through anonymous web browser page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. If it's mobile phone application, try to close it an retry to open it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, same results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, tried chrome and edge on desktop, cleared cache, tried incognito mode. Logged in on phone browser, same thing. I click on the My account button and get routed to the Public Mobile home page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
