Unfortunately you did opt in to this when you signed up and entered your credit card details, you must have overlooked /missed it.       <title>Turn off automatic top-up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was billed for an automatic top-up which I was not aware of. I’d like to deactivate this automatic function and ideally be reimbursed for a service which I did not willingly and knowingly order &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
