Hi,

I just signed up with Public Mobile yesterday. I asked to transfer my old number. I am using a e sim. I was given a temporary number to use. I am still receiving calls and texts on my old number which is good. But when I look under my cellular settings it shows my number as the temporary number? Any idea whats happening. Sorry I am not very techy. Lol

Thanks

You'd have 1.5 hours to to say YES to the request. If you missed it, it's all good. I'll send you a number you can call to get it fixed right up.

Check your community inbox here:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

yes, the porting team can confirm if the port was done or advise what missed. Call them and things can be sorted within an hour
