All I want to know is why I'm not seeing how much data I have used in real time like I used to get it before. Right now it shows zero used. That is useless information for me. I want to know how much I used and how much is left. This is not as if it's a new feature. I always used to be able to see this.

@JimRockford_PI yes it can be.

If your using the app, drap the screen from the top of the page to refresh the info. Might have to do it 2-3x.

If on the website, close browser and login again using incognito mode.

PM update data usage twice a day. Around noon and midnight so do a refresh of the app or website.

@JimRockford_PI You should be able to set that up in your phone settings. It's not as useful in iPhone where you can't set a 30 day turnover and have to reset manually but I used to do that with my retired Android.
