When I use Firefox to logon to selfserve.publicmobile.ca I get this error message:

invalid_request Missing parameter, 'client_id'

It appears at eversafe.id.telus.com after entering my 2FA code.

When I use Google Chrome, which I am using now, I can logon with no problem.

Since it is a specific browser problem, you can try to delete the cache/cookies. try using in private/incognito mode. or try uninstalling and reinstalling the browser.
