Visual voicemail

Hello all,

curious why mt wife and I both have similar iphones and rhe same public mobile plan activated the same day(separate accounts of course thats how they work here)

but I have full visual voicemail and she has to call in and check the old fashioned way,

any setting or something that she has on or off or is it a glitch on her plan?

@NickS94 In phone settings go to bottom of page Apps > phone > toggle on live voicemail on her phone

I have the same problem, no notifications for VoiceMails. I must call my number.
I do not see that option in my phone’s setting. Is there something I have to do to make it appear?
