      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/518740"&gt;@Jen12345678&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;esim cannot be transferred from phone to phone,.&amp;nbsp; You will need to download the app on the other phone , login the app and buy the esim from there again.&amp;nbsp; But don't delete the esim installed on the other phone, you need that to get the 2FA code and the other verification code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. keep the esim on the wrong phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. download the app on the right phone, try to login, get the code via sms on the wrong phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. go to Account and Purchase sim card and choose esim and follow the steps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="App-PurchaseEsim.jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/145684iBAD7DB3FDD6A8AFC/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="App-PurchaseEsim.jpg" alt="App-PurchaseEsim.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do all these yourself without contacting support, this is faster doing it yourself.&amp;nbsp; PM support likely cannot help to buy esim, all they will suggest is you to change back to physical sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
