What you can do, however, is to sign into that account and click on Manage Subscription and turn it off.&amp;nbsp; After 90 days of no payment or available funds, the account will be closed and the phone number lost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To remove your cc information from file,&amp;nbsp; you can ask an agent to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the link below to send them a message and ask. They will respond via message to your inbox.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
