It seems that PM only allows you to upgrade subscriptions, no downgrades. This sucks!

Hi, I want to change my subscription on the next renewal date, but my account is not offering me all the possible subscriptions. I was originally on a 23 per month plan, I changed to a 35 per month plan for a trip to the US, and I want to change back next month to my original Canada only plan... but when my account shows the possible plans, the 23 or 25 per month options aren't available. Thanks.

this is not unusual, PM system only gives you some choices to plan and not all. They are doing this for couple months already. But do you see a $29 plan? maybe change to that

Lower plans then what customers currently have are not available to them anymore. You can upgrade only.
There might be cases where customer can see and downgrade to lower plan when logging in but I have not heard of such case yet.
