SOS I am in need of Mins to get calls and text for work. I ran out today. I didn't get many hours over Xmas break at work. My last pay was not good. I have 5 reward points points. Help!

Hi there, please navigate to your app, then click “Shop Add-Ons” and you can purchase the Canada wide add on for a charge.

Edit: 5 points enough for the add-on, navigate to Rewards page and redeem

5 points are enough to redeem for 500 min Canada-Wide Long Distance

Login the Rewards site and redeem. Pick the minutes addon and add to cart to complete the redemption. The minutes will be added quickly, usually within 5 or 10 mins. Remember to reboot phone

yes, account needs to be active. pay and resume service first. if your account just suspended, then you don't need the addon, you should have calling minutes after account reactivated

If your account is suspended due to non-pay...you have 90 days "grace" from day it was suspended, to pay up and get going again. After that, your PM account is permanently deactivated. If you can get to 7-11 or Shell gas, you can buy payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add those vouchers to your suspended account and resume service.
