      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my subscription on Dec. &amp;nbsp;should be getting 50 gigs. &amp;nbsp; Paying $35 a month for 50 gigs. &amp;nbsp; When I check my account usage it still shows 15 gigs but has not been updated since Dec 2???im paying for 50 gigs but accou t still shows 15 gigs a month&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;probably just a browser or app cache problem.&amp;nbsp; Login My Account again using browser's Incognito mode and check agian&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it still shows wrong, ask PM to check.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
