    <description>&lt;P&gt;i was desperate and opened up a new account with different e-mail to see if that would help but it only made me pay the subscription fee twice.&amp;nbsp; Hoping i can get a refund for the one fee but my main objective is to activate my subscription.&amp;nbsp; I managed to get a link from a live agent to submit a service ticket so hopefully that will solve the issue.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for the reply, have a good weekend&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you use the app?&amp;nbsp; if you only used the same email to login the app, you should not be paying twice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but ask PM to help .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since you cannot properly login at this stage, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.&amp;nbsp; So, you will need to message them here&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;from what we understand, accounts that are not fully activated can have it closed with refund back.&amp;nbsp; So, your 2nd account should be ok.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
