I had some previous fraud issues but turned to be an error, now my is working but i can not login to pay my bills please advised?

was your account blocked by PM due to charge back on credit card? Check with PM on how to resolve the case

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
