      <description>&lt;P&gt;new account? did you remove the sim card from the old provider (or disable the esim)?&amp;nbsp; then reset network settings and should work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if iPhone, there is a chance you need to register number with iMessage again if you just ported in your number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
