      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/467015"&gt;@KendraStanley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To confirm, do you mean the funds were placed on a DIFFERENT public mobile account?&amp;nbsp; If so, best to just leave them there and it'll apply against next renewal for that account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then make the payment against the correct account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going through public mobile will likely result in a long turnaround.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sorry, no money back in this case, PM won't move funds from one account to another.&amp;nbsp; With the money you put wrong , will stay in that "wrong account" as Available funds and will be used for renewal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, you need to login back to the correct account and load money again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
