      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is working in my other phone. And network icon is normally. Other phone. In my preferred phone the network icon &amp;nbsp;is split and always shows Primary or Travel prefix in my preferred. Help please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/507277"&gt;@Jeff641&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it works on the other phone, it is not a PM problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for the phone that it does not work, what brand is it?&amp;nbsp; Make sure that phone does not have another sim card there, remove it.&amp;nbsp; If it is esim, either disable it or delete it (but delete only if you are sure).&amp;nbsp; Your Public Mobile sim should be Primary (shouldn't be Travel or so)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so, it is not an area outage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have physical sim card , right?&amp;nbsp; Is that iPhone or Google Pixel? or other dual sim phones you have?&amp;nbsp; does the PM esim ever work on this phone you want?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to the settings and Reset network settings, this will usually clear up the problem quickly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have physical sim because my port of number failed. Took 6 days to get sorted and had to go purchase a physical sim. So I may have both? &amp;nbsp;eSIM &amp;nbsp;and actual sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok. Thanks to everyone for the help. I finally went to setting&amp;gt;reset and chose &amp;gt;delete all eSims. The phone is now acting like a normal phone with proper network icons and I can make calls. Thanks for taking the time. I listened to all your advice and tried each. Apologies if I seemed to blame PM. Was just frustrated…all the best.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
