      <description>&lt;P&gt;no partial refund as PM is prepaid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, use the service till last day.&amp;nbsp; if you are planning to port out, port out around 5 days before cycle end date (do not wait till last day, porting can have problem and delay)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
