      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have open a account on Jan 5 and fee was charged but I still haven't received the SIM card till now Jan 15. I try to contact your shop but can't find any source. I'm quite disappointed and want to close my account with fee fully refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can pick up a SIM card from those locations for $10 and ask the support agent for a refund or credit. You can also order a SIM card on Amazon for $5 and it should arrive in 1 to 2 days.
