      <title>Calls Dropping and No Cell Data Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last week I have been having issues with my calls dropping when I make a call and when I receive a call. Also even though my plan allows me to call USA I have tried and calls are not going through. In addition what has been the worst, is that I have no cell data, no internet, including me and my family members who are on the same plan. I did contact Plublic Mobile and they are clueless no idea on how to help me.&amp;nbsp; They give me the same robotic answers which don't help. Anyone else have been having issues with Public Mobile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Was your service working perfectly fine before? Have you tried rebooting your device?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the information. I did restart my phone still same issue. Me and my kids are in different locations at the moment and they are experiencing same issue as they cannot connect to the internet. If they don't have WIFI they can't have their phone connected to the internet at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had an agent reset my network from the backend and have had zero problems since. Maybe worth a try?
