just calls? how about data and text?

and is that a new account? Reboot the phone. And try your sim card on another phone to confirm

please provide us more information, like is that a new account or an existing one? what phone you have and if you have tried reboot the phone?

Hey there, we need a bit more info to help you out, did you just open an account or have you had it and it just stopped working?
Is it just calls, or also texts/data not working?
