Stolen Phone IMEI Tracking

I need to know if PM Has a reporting system for stolen phones with IMEI.

I don't think the lost stolen feature in My Account is appropriate at this point since I have already changed phones and purchased a new SIM Card so I'm not sure what can happen next. I am VERY interested in having this phone reported to authorities and other providers to prevent activation by thieves, and maybe facilitate recovery no matter how unlikely. We need to have access to better tracking and follow-up resources to recover these expensive investments.

not much PM can do other than stop old sim from functioning. Have you reported your cell stolen to local police ?

Your phone is more then likely on its way to Asia somewhere. It's not likely going to be used here. At least from what I seen on you tube. About the only thing you can do now is make sure your new phone locked so if it's stolen again they can't use your info.

@JamesC According to this RCMP article you should inform the police and your cell phone provider and the cell service can blacklist the phone's IMEI

CS agent should have a record of the IMEI of your previous phone, if they can locate it, they can help to put in on the blacklist, please reach out to them

Also, use the FindMy service to locate the phone and try a remote wipe
