      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently in Mexico and bought the Mexico-Can-Us plan for 45$. I am unable to make calls. I dial 001 + area code+ 7 digit number and I always get a 8UC2 error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/517261"&gt;@maimitch&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In Mexico you are supposed to be able to make calls within Mexico with just the ten digit normal phone number. &amp;nbsp; Can you make calls to anywhere else? &amp;nbsp; As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162890"&gt;@hTideGnow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;said, does data work, texting? &amp;nbsp;That would help figure out what the problems is. &amp;nbsp;What carrier are you connecting to, and are you set to 5G, 4G/LTE or 3G?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
